There were rolls of carpet cluttering the hallways!!! Room numbers misaligned and multiple trips for room keys are just frustrating!!! Cleaning needs serious attention—trash in bins and questionable bathroom hygiene are not acceptable!!!

We had a fantastic stay at Baymont during our visit to the local college. The kids enjoyed the pool and the friendly staff made us feel welcomed right away. The breakfast had a decent selection and the nearby walking path around a lake was a hit with the family!

For dads, it would be great if breakfast was better organized.

The room was clean and the bed incredibly comfortable, contributing to a good night's sleep. Breakfast options included typical items like cereal and muffins, though fresh fruit would have been a welcome addition. However, the coffee was disappointing, and a previous guest's soap was left in the bathroom, which detracted from the experience. Overall, it's functional and offers decent value for the price paid despite some cleanliness issues.

This place has really improved! The staff was super friendly, and our suite above the pool felt homey. Loved the jacuzzi tub after a long drive! Breakfast was solid, just a small continental setup, so don't expect a buffet. A bit noisy by the pool area late at night, though. Just make sure your kids aren't running wild by the hot tub!

If you’re into tasty breakfast vibes, you’ll dig the pancake maker and friendly staff giving out cookies at the front desk! The comfy beds made crashing after a long day a dream, too.

Now, the vibe wasn’t perfect. A cranky front desk lady kept reminding us about counting towels, and the pool was dirtier than I’d like. Marks on the walls and hair in the tub—it definitely needed a little more TLC.

The hotel check-in was smooth and the front desk staff greeted me warmly. My room, a 1 King Bed Studio Suite Hot Tub Non-Smoking, felt modern, with clean decor and comfortable bedding. The air conditioning worked great, keeping the room nice and cool. Breakfast had a good variety, pancakes, sausage, and fruits, which I appreciated. The indoor pool was refreshing and clean, perfect for an afternoon dip. However, there were some issues. The jacuzzi tub in my room had some broken tiles around it, which looked dirty and neglected. I also noticed carpet remnants in the hallway, and it felt like the hotel might be in the middle of renovations. The fridge, unfortunately, didn’t work properly, as it wouldn't shut completely unless pushed hard. My deposit charge was $200 and it was returned after a wait, which felt a little off. Overall, I enjoyed my stay despite these hiccups.
